What Customers Buy Through the ZeeQuest Ecosystem

ZeeQuest brings together software subscriptions, physical products, memberships and developing projects. Understanding the difference starts with a practical question: what does the customer receive and use?

A customer evaluating a ZeeQuest product should be able to identify its purpose, included features, price and availability without first learning how the compensation programme works.

The product catalogue provides several different purchasing routes. Navigator offers software access through subscription packages. ZQ Nutrition offers physical product packs. Memberships provide separately defined access and participation benefits. Other projects, including Daty.ai and Node Greenhouses, have different development and availability arrangements.

These categories serve different needs and should be evaluated separately.

Navigator Provides Access to Personal Planning Tools

Navigator is offered through free and paid software packages. Customers select a package according to the features they want to use.

The published catalogue lists:

  • Free: Basic profile and limited features.

  • Standard: Success profile, calendar, supported-day and dire-day indicators, activity planner, and goals planner.

  • Premium: Standard features, expanded supported-day indicators, social networking, planning and goal-setting with friends, and compatibility between people.

  • Ultimate: Premium features, further expanded supported-day indicators, team management, team compatibility, and planning of team goals and tasks.

A practical use case is a customer using the activity and goals planners to organise personal priorities. Someone interested in shared planning can compare the additional features in Premium, while a group evaluating team functions can review Ultimate.

The purchase is access to the features included in the selected subscription. Timing and compatibility outputs are interpretations produced by the platform; access to them should not be understood as a guarantee of business, health or relationship outcomes.

Customers should review the current package details, billing period and renewal conditions before subscribing.

ZQ Nutrition Offers Physical Product Packs

ZQ Nutrition is a physical-product category within the ZeeQuest shop.

The current catalogue lists a Starter Pack containing seven products, a Balance Pack containing fourteen products and a Master Pack containing twenty-four products. The listings describe these as three-, six- and twelve-month packs respectively.

For a customer, the purchase concerns the products supplied in the selected pack. The relevant considerations are the exact contents, ingredients, quantities, label instructions, suitability, delivery arrangements and total price.

A pack’s stated duration should be read alongside the instructions for its individual products. Customers should also check whether they are selecting a one-time purchase or a recurring purchase option.

The customer’s reason to buy should be the suitability and usefulness of the products themselves. Any sales commission associated with a transaction is a separate matter.

Memberships Are a Separate Purchase Category

Community Membership and iUnity Membership appear separately in the shop.

They concern access to specified member services and participation benefits. They should not be interpreted as automatically including every software subscription, physical product or project featured across ZeeQuest.

For example, a customer considering Navigator should review the Navigator package. A person considering iUnity should review the membership’s included services, annual cost and eligibility conditions.

Where a purchase requires an additional membership, that requirement and its cost should be clear before payment. The order summary and applicable terms should identify what is included and what is charged separately.

Daty.ai Is Currently Presented as an Early Access Opportunity

Daty.ai is being developed around personal profiles, compatibility explanations and relationship discovery.

Its public website currently invites visitors to join a waitlist for launch information, beta invitations and early access. That is different from purchasing an immediately available, fully released subscription.

For someone interested in the product, the relevant questions are which features they can access now, when invitations will be issued, and what conditions apply to participation.

A local launch event or Pioneer Hub activation does not, by itself, establish that every application feature is available to all users. Product access should be described according to the actual release stage.

Any separate licence, crowdfunding or other participation arrangement needs its own explanation and documentation. It should not be confused with ordinary customer access to the application.

Node Greenhouses Require a Defined Project Scope

ZQ Node Greenhouses are presented through an infrastructure information route in the ZeeQuest shop, rather than as a standard consumer subscription.

ZeeQuest’s cooperation with Trusted Partner Full Capacity includes irrigation, vermicompost and supporting systems for Node Greenhouse setups.

For a prospective operator, the practical questions concern the proposed installation: its components, site requirements, responsibilities, commissioning, support and intended operating use.

Those details need to be established in a project-specific proposal and agreement. A general description of the technology or a partner’s completed facility does not establish the price, delivery date or performance of a particular Node installation.

Product Use and Sales Compensation Are Different Questions

A product’s customer value comes from what is delivered and how it can be used.

For Navigator, that means the subscribed software functions. For Nutrition, it means the physical products supplied. For membership, it means the specified access and services. For a greenhouse installation, it means the agreed equipment, implementation and support.

Business Builder compensation concerns how qualifying sales activity is rewarded. It does not replace the need for a clear product description or demonstrate that a product is suitable for a particular customer.

A useful purchasing question is:

Would I still want this product or service for its stated use if I earned no commission from it?

What to Check Before Purchasing

Before making a decision, confirm:

·        The exact product, service or access being purchased.

·        Whether it is available now, in a limited release or still under development.

·        The full price, including tax, delivery and any required membership.

·        Whether payment is one-time or recurring.

·        The delivery or activation arrangements.

·        The applicable cancellation, withdrawal and support procedures.

·        The legal entity responsible for supplying the purchase.

ZeeQuest’s ecosystem contains different products at different stages. Clear purchasing decisions begin with the specific offer: what is supplied, who supplies it, what it costs and how the customer intends to use it.
