1990s — Professional Sport
Long before becoming an entrepreneur, Gregor Brajović represented the Slovenian National Alpine Ski Team, competing in one of the world’s most demanding sports.
Professional sport developed discipline, resilience, accountability, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure—qualities that would later become fundamental to building businesses. Long-term success is never accidental. It is earned through consistency, preparation, and continuous improvement.
Early 2000s — The Entrepreneurial Journey Begins
Following his sporting career, Gregor entered entrepreneurship with a desire to build businesses capable of solving real-world challenges.
Working across multiple industries provided valuable experience in commercialisation, leadership, innovation, business development, international cooperation, and strategic growth. These early years demonstrated that entrepreneurship is not simply about building companies. It is about creating value.
2012 — KraftPal: Rethinking an Entire Industry
The establishment of KraftPal marked the beginning of a long-term mission to transform one of the world’s largest yet often overlooked industrial markets.
Rather than accepting traditional wooden pallets as the industry standard, KraftPal introduced an alternative based on advanced corrugated engineering, sustainability, and intelligent product design. The vision extended beyond developing a better pallet. It sought to demonstrate that environmental responsibility and commercial performance could strengthen one another.
2012–2015 — From Innovation to Global Recognition
KraftPal evolved from an ambitious concept into an internationally recognised industrial technology company.

Following the creation of ZeeQuest, the focus expanded beyond industrial innovation.
