The iUnity Compensation Model: Turn Connections into Business Opportunities

Entrepreneurs already understand the value of a good connection. A customer needs a complementary service. Two businesses serve similar audiences. A product fits naturally alongside an existing offer.

iUnity is designed to help entrepreneurs turn those connections into an additional business activity, with the ambition of making it possible to get started in minutes.

Through ZeeQuest’s ecosystem, including Daty and other projects, Business Builders can explore cross-promotion, cross-selling, and product sales. Compensation follows qualifying sales of eligible products and services under the current product schedule.

What earns compensation, and what doesn’t?

The principle behind iUnity is straightforward: compensation follows genuine qualifying product revenue.

Enrolling another person does not generate a commission. Neither does growing membership, holding a network position, attending training, or simply participating in the community.

The plan includes two tiers of product-sales commissions and a separate annual organisation revenue bonus. The second tier pays on qualifying product sales within the approved referral structure, not on someone joining.

That distinction matters: an introduction alone is not a paid result. A qualifying product transaction must take place.

Three ways to put the opportunity to work

Cross-promotion lets you introduce relevant offers to your audience or collaborate with another business to reach potential customers. For example, two entrepreneurs serving complementary needs could promote each other’s offers.

Cross-selling means helping existing customers discover an additional product or service that fits their needs. The starting point is understanding what would add value alongside what they already buy from you.

Product sales allow you to focus directly on eligible products and services across the ecosystem.

These are ways to develop business opportunities. A promotional activity or introduction does not itself earn a commission; compensation depends on the resulting qualifying sales and their attribution under the plan.

How direct sales commissions work

For qualifying direct sales, Tier 1 starts at 30% of Commissionable Volume, or CV. The rate increases with your cumulative qualifying monthly Net Sales Value:

Up to €300 - 30% of CV

More than €300, up to €550 - 33% of CV

More than €550, up to €1,000 - 36% of CV

More than €1,000 - 40% of CV

There are two different values here. Net Sales Value determines your rate. CV determines the amount to which that rate applies. CV is assigned to each eligible product or service and is not necessarily its selling price.

When you cross a higher threshold, the higher rate applies to all your qualifying Tier 1 CV for that calendar month, including earlier sales.

Second-tier sales and annual bonuses

Tier 2 pays 5% of prescribed CV on qualifying second-tier product sales recorded under the approved referral structure. It is a sales commission, not an enrollment payment.

Eligible Business Builders may also qualify for an Annual Organisation Volume Bonus, based on qualifying organisation revenue. The applicable annual schedule sets the thresholds, eligibility conditions, calculation method, and payment timing. Where multiple participants qualify, the bonus pool is shared according to that schedule.

An optional XUnit election is also available to eligible members under separate terms. It allocates 8% of otherwise payable eligible commissions to XUnits; it is not an extra commission and is off by default.

Start with a fit for your business

The idea behind iUnity is to make it easier to begin an additional business activity without developing every product or service yourself.

Start with your customers, experience, and relationships. Explore Daty and the wider ZeeQuest ecosystem. Identify an eligible offer that fits, then choose how to bring it to the right audience.

Getting started is the first step. Results depend on genuine qualifying sales, customer demand, and the work you put into the business.

Explore iUnity and find the opportunity that fits your next business move.

Commission rates are calculation rules, not guaranteed earnings. Product eligibility and CV follow the current Product & CV Schedule. Commissions remain subject to validation, refunds, reversals, applicable taxes, and plan terms. Availability may vary by jurisdiction.
