2018-2020 - Navigator Moves From Technology Development Into Commercialization
Navigator entered active commercialization as ZeeQuest developed sales infrastructure, promotional content, product features and consumer acquisition around Personal Timing.
Technology Meets the Market
By this stage, Navigator was no longer only a development project. ZeeQuest was actively selling the product and building the commercial infrastructure required to introduce Personal Timing to a wider audience.
Building the Consumer Journey
Work included promotional content, product positioning, customer acquisition, sales processes and the continued development of Navigator's feature set.
Learning Through Commercial Execution
The commercialization phase gave ZeeQuest direct experience with how users responded to personalized timing information, compatibility insights and individual reports. These lessons would later become important when evaluating new product models and consumer use cases.
A Foundation for Scale
The objective increasingly extended beyond building a functioning product toward creating a repeatable system for attracting users, delivering personalized value and converting interest into longer-term customer relationships.
