The philosophy
Your Routine Needs Room to Pause.
Busy days can leave little space for an evening routine, regular sleep or time away from demands.
The ZeeQuest philosophy makes room for these foundations. Alongside nutrition and movement, rest deserves a deliberate place in how you look after yourself.
MPR belongs within this part of the ZeeQuest story. Its formula brings together valerian, passionflower and ashwagandha with a smaller amount of Aloxyl-7.4™.
Understanding those ingredients is the first step in deciding whether MPR belongs in your routine.
Meet MPR
Three Botanicals. One Clearly Defined Formulation.
MPR stands for Mental Power Recovery.
Each vegetable capsule contains:
- Valerian extract, standardized to 0.8% valeric acid350 mg
- Passionflower extract, standardized to 10% flavones100 mg
- Ashwagandha root extract, standardized to 6% withanolides160 mg
- Aloxyl-7.4™ phytocomplex10 mg
- Iodine, declared alongside the kelp ingredient10 μg
The three botanical extracts give MPR its distinct composition. Aloxyl-7.4™ connects it to the wider ZeeQuest Nutrition range.
Within the ZeeQuest framework, MPR appears during the stimulation phase and continues alongside THA during maintenance.
A closer look at the botanicals
Know the Ingredients Behind the Name.
Valerian
350 mg extract per capsule · 0.8% valeric acid
Valerian, Valeriana officinalis, is the largest botanical component in MPR by declared extract weight.
Each capsule contains 350 mg valerian extract, making it a central part of the formulation.
The extract is standardized to 0.8% valeric acid. When comparing valerian products, the extract specification matters alongside the quantity. Different preparations should not be assumed to have identical properties simply because they share the same plant name.
Passionflower
100 mg extract per capsule · 10% flavones
Passionflower, Passiflora incarnata, is the second botanical in MPR.
Each capsule contains 100 mg passionflower extract, standardized to 10% flavones. It appears alongside valerian and ashwagandha as a separately declared component, allowing you to see its place in the formulation.
Ashwagandha
160 mg extract per capsule · 6% withanolides
Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera, completes the three-botanical combination.
MPR contains an extract standardized to 6% withanolides from the roots, providing 9.6 mg withanolides within the 160 mg extract.
The declared standardization adds an important detail: it identifies the proportion of a named group of constituents within the extract.
Understanding standardization
What Does 6% Withanolides Mean?
The extract weight tells you how much ashwagandha extract is included. The standardized percentage tells you the proportion represented by withanolides.
For each MPR capsule:
| Component | Declared amount |
|---|---|
| Ashwagandha extract | 160 mg |
| Withanolide standardization | 6% |
| Withanolides contained within the extract | 9.6 mg |
Standardization helps describe the composition. It does not, by itself, establish how a finished product will affect sleep, stress or individual wellbeing.

The shared kelp ingredient
Connected to the ZeeQuest Foundation.
Aloxyl-7.4™ is the kelp-based phytocomplex used throughout ZeeQuest Nutrition. It is made from Norwegian brown seaweed, Ascophyllum nodosum.
MPR contains 10 mg Aloxyl-7.4™ per capsule, with 10 μg iodine declared alongside it.
This is a smaller amount than in THA or DTC. MPR’s formulation is centred on its three botanical extracts, while the kelp ingredient connects it to the wider range.
The difference matters when comparing products: a shared ingredient does not mean an identical formula or an interchangeable role.

Why consider MPR
A Botanical Formulation You Can Understand.
Three clearly identified extracts
Valerian, passionflower and ashwagandha are listed separately, with the amount of each stated per capsule.
A specified ashwagandha composition
The 6% withanolide standardization provides more information than an ingredient name alone.
A distinct place in the range
MPR has a different botanical profile from DTC and a substantially smaller kelp component than THA.
A routine that includes rest
ZeeQuest positions MPR within its rest and recovery philosophy. Any decision to use it should sit alongside attention to sleep habits, daily demands and individual suitability.
