From Technology to Local Production: ZeeQuest Facilitates KraftPal Expansion Discussions Across Europe

ZeeQuest facilitated industrial meetings at HME with prospective partners exploring KraftPal licensing, machinery, local production and market development in Germany, Italy and Serbia.

Business-development meetings hosted at HME brought together prospective partners for Germany, Italy and Serbia to explore local KraftPal licensing, production capacity and market development.

ZeeQuest has facilitated a new series of industrial business-development meetings bringing together KraftPal Technologies, HME and prospective regional partners exploring the establishment of local KraftPal production operations in Germany, Italy and Serbia.

The meetings, held at HME’s industrial facility, focused on the practical requirements for taking KraftPal technology into new markets through a distributed licensing model - including regional demand, local manufacturing, production equipment, investment requirements and access to potential pallet customers.

Rather than representing a conventional technology sale, the discussions examined how experienced local operators and investors could establish independent production businesses using KraftPal’s technology and manufacturing systems.

A Distributed Model for Industrial Expansion

At the center of the discussions is a straightforward industrial model: KraftPal technology and licensing rights, combined with production machinery, local manufacturing capability and access to regional customers.

Under the model being discussed, KraftPal would grant the relevant technology and licensing rights directly to approved licensees, while local partners would invest in and operate their own production capacity.

ZeeQuest’s role is different. Through its industrial business-development activities, ZeeQuest identifies and connects prospective licensees, industrial operators, investors, strategic partners and potential pallet customers and helps move qualified opportunities toward direct commercial discussions with KraftPal.

This separation of roles is important: ZeeQuest facilitates and develops opportunities; KraftPal remains responsible for its technology, intellectual property, licensing decisions and any resulting licensing agreements.

Three Markets, One Industrial Model

The latest meetings addressed prospective opportunities for Germany, Italy and Serbia, with each market evaluated according to its own industrial structure, production requirements and customer potential.

In Germany, discussions centered on the potential establishment of scalable local production capacity capable of serving a sophisticated industrial and logistics market.

For Italy, the discussions examined a potential license-led manufacturing operation and the pathway toward building relationships with industrial, logistics and pallet-consuming customers.

For Serbia and the wider regional market, the focus included the potential for local production combined with access to customers across Serbia and neighboring Southeast European markets.

STATUS CLARIFICATION
The discussions are at different stages and remain subject to commercial, technical, financial and legal due diligence. No announcement of a completed KraftPal licensing transaction is being made at this stage.

From Discussion to Industrial Execution

Holding the meetings in an active industrial environment was intentional. Industrial technology expansion ultimately depends on much more than presentations and financial models. Prospective partners need to understand machinery, production layouts, engineering requirements, quality control, capacity planning and the pathway from technology to commercially viable manufacturing.

HME provided the industrial setting for these discussions, allowing the parties to connect strategic and commercial questions with the realities of engineering, machinery and production execution.

For ZeeQuest, this is an important part of industrial venture development: connecting technology not only with capital, but also with the operational capability required to deploy it.

Founder Experience Connected to ZeeQuest’s Industrial Platform

ZeeQuest founder and CEO Gregor Brajović is also the founder of KraftPal Technologies and currently serves as President and a member of its Board of Directors. His involvement in the current business-development process therefore combines direct knowledge of KraftPal’s technology and commercialization history with ZeeQuest’s broader capability to originate and develop industrial opportunities.

The roles remain distinct: KraftPal is responsible for its technology, intellectual property and licensing decisions, while ZeeQuest acts as a business-development and opportunity-origination platform.

This combination gives ZeeQuest a practical perspective on what industrial technologies require to move from innovation and validation toward local production, customer adoption and international scale.

ZeeQuest Industrial: Building the Connections Around Technology

The meetings illustrate the model ZeeQuest is developing through its industrial activities: identify proven technologies, connect them with capable local operators and capital, support market development, and help create the commercial relationships required for deployment.

In industrial projects, technology alone is rarely enough. Successful market entry requires the alignment of technology ownership, licensing, manufacturing capability, investment capital, customer demand and local execution.

ZeeQuest’s role is to help bring those components together.

The approach is consistent with ZeeQuest’s broader venture-building philosophy: rather than treating innovation as an isolated product, build the commercial ecosystem around it - partners, financing, production, distribution, customers and market access.

Moving Toward Qualified Regional Opportunities

Following the meetings at HME, discussions will continue separately with prospective partners for Germany, Italy and Serbia.

The next stages include evaluation of proposed production configurations, investment requirements, market potential, prospective customer demand and the commercial framework required for each territory.

Where an opportunity progresses, licensing discussions and any resulting licensing agreement would be conducted directly with KraftPal as the technology owner and licensor.

For ZeeQuest, the objective is broader: to build an industrial opportunity platform capable of connecting proven technologies with the capital, operators, customers and markets required to scale them.

This is venture building at industrial scale: not simply introducing technology, but assembling the ecosystem required to deploy it.

Role Clarification

ZeeQuest facilitates business-development opportunities and connections involving KraftPal technology but does not grant KraftPal licenses. KraftPal remains responsible for its technology, intellectual property and licensing decisions. Gregor Brajović is founder and CEO of ZeeQuest, founder of KraftPal Technologies, and currently serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors of KraftPal Technologies.
