ZeeCapital Strengthens International Financial Market Network at Forex Expo Dubai 2026
Dubai, UAE - September 2026 - ZeeCapital participated in Forex Expo Dubai 2026 as part of its continued development of international relationships across regulated securities, commodities, brokerage and financial-market infrastructure.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on 22–23 September, Forex Expo Dubai brought together the international trading and fintech ecosystem, including brokerages, liquidity providers, introducing brokers, payment companies and trading-technology firms. The official event materials describe the Expo as a major meeting point for the trading community and confirm that the 2026 edition occupied Halls 1–5 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
For ZeeCapital, however, the visit was not primarily about attending an exhibition.
The objective was business development: building relationships with established regulated-market participants and opening discussions around potential cooperation connecting the United Kingdom, European Union and Balkan markets.
Building bridges between established financial centres and Southeast Europe
During the Dubai program, ZeeCapital focused on discussions around securities and commodities markets, brokerage infrastructure, market access, compliance frameworks and potential cross-border cooperation.
Dubai provided a particularly relevant environment for these discussions. The UAE has developed a substantial financial-market regulatory ecosystem. The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) oversees and develops the UAE capital-markets framework and its supervisory remit includes financial-services providers such as securities and commodities brokerage, investment management and related market activities.
The discussions form part of ZeeCapital’s broader objective: to connect credible international financial infrastructure with opportunities, investors, businesses and markets across the UK, EU and Southeast Europe.
Opening discussions with Blackwell Global
An important part of the Dubai visit was the opening of discussions with Blackwell Global regarding potential areas of cooperation.
Blackwell represents the type of established international financial-market participant relevant to ZeeCapital’s strategy. Blackwell states that it has more than 20 years of industry presence, was established in 2003, serves more than 1 million clients across 175+ countries and operates 10 offices. Its UK entity, Blackwell Global Investments (UK) Limited, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Financial Services Register number 687576.
Blackwell’s infrastructure provides market access across multiple asset classes, including foreign exchange, indices, commodities, metals and equities.
Initial discussions explored where Blackwell’s established international brokerage infrastructure and ZeeCapital’s developing network in the UK, European Union and Balkan region could create a basis for further cooperation.
At this stage, these are exploratory discussions. Any future cooperation would remain subject to the applicable regulatory framework, due diligence, contractual arrangements and the respective permissions of the entities involved.
Regulation first
For ZeeCapital, international expansion in financial services must be built around regulated infrastructure rather than around geography alone.
The Dubai visit therefore also provided an opportunity to deepen ZeeCapital’s understanding of the UAE securities and commodities regulatory environment, including the role of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the broader regulatory architecture governing financial-market activities in the region.
This approach is central to ZeeCapital’s development philosophy: international reach must be matched by regulatory clarity, appropriate licensing, institutional counterparties and disciplined governance.
ZeeCapital does not intend to replicate regulated infrastructure where established licensed partners can provide it. Instead, the objective is to identify where ZeeCapital can contribute through origination, business development, market access, strategic relationships and regional execution, while regulated activities remain with appropriately authorised entities.
Why the Balkans matter
Southeast Europe represents a strategically important part of ZeeCapital’s development.
The region combines increasingly sophisticated entrepreneurs, private investors and internationally active businesses with markets that remain comparatively fragmented in their access to global financial infrastructure.
ZeeCapital sees an opportunity to help create stronger bridges between these markets and established financial centres such as London and Dubai.
This does not mean simply introducing another financial product into the region. The longer-term objective is to build relationships with institutional-quality partners capable of supporting compliant, scalable financial-market activity across jurisdictions.
From relationships to infrastructure
The Dubai visit represents another step in ZeeCapital’s transition from strategic design toward an operational international network.
The immediate priorities following the Expo are to continue discussions with selected counterparties, assess potential cooperation structures, determine jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements and identify models capable of supporting the UK, EU and Balkan markets.
ZeeCapital’s ambition is not to become another intermediary in an already crowded financial industry. It is to become a bridge between capital, regulated financial infrastructure and high-quality opportunities across markets.
Dubai provided an important environment in which to advance that strategy.
