KraftPal Named Finalist for the Green Packaging Star Award®

KraftPal's corrugated pallet technology was selected as one of the nine finalists for the prestigious Green Packaging Star Award® 2020 in Austria, recognizing outstanding innovation in sustainable packaging.

The nomination came shortly after the establishment of KraftPal's first licensed production facility in Austria and reflected growing industry recognition of the company's lightweight, recyclable and environmentally responsible pallet technology.

Organised for the twelfth time, the Green Packaging Star Award® attracted a record number of entries despite the challenging market conditions of 2020. The independent selection committee, comprising representatives of Packforce Austria (Austrian Packaging Forum) and ARA Altstoff Recycling Austria AG, shortlisted nine of the year's most innovative packaging solutions, placing KraftPal alongside some of the packaging industry's most respected international companies.

The nomination recognised KraftPal's contribution to reducing material consumption, transport emissions and overall environmental impact through advanced corrugated pallet technology developed for modern global supply chains.

Gregor Brajović, CEO of KraftPal, commented:

"Being nominated alongside some of the world's leading packaging companies is a significant recognition of our vision. We believe the future of logistics will increasingly rely on lightweight, sustainable transport solutions, and this nomination reinforces our commitment to helping companies improve both efficiency and environmental performance. I would also like to congratulate our R&D team and colleagues in Austria for their outstanding work in making this achievement possible."

The Green Packaging Star Award® nomination further strengthened KraftPal's position as one of Europe's emerging innovators in sustainable logistics and packaging technology.
